Overview
This soul-nourishing, immersive retreat is a gift to yourself as you revitalize and expand your mind, body and spirit connection! Mother/daughter duo, Licensed Mental Health Therapists & Yoga Teachers Petey Silveira and Sarah Burnett will guide you on your soul journey of transformative healing modalities.
At the end of this one-day retreat, you will feel closer to your authentic self, awakened to your spiritual self, restored in your physical body, peaceful in your emotional mind and divinely connected to the community we co-create. Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Teas will be served throughout the day! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences when you register and we will happily accommodate.
What to expect
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice focused on awakening the dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini. When activated, this energy elevates consciousness, provides spiritual insights, and deepens your divine connection. Kundalini Yoga is accessible to beginners, offering structured practices that gently awaken energy and promote self-discovery. It revolves around Kriyas, sequences combining postures, breathwork, chanting, and meditation, each designed to achieve specific outcomes like boosting energy or calming the mind. With consistent practice, it fosters self-awareness, a deeper inner connection, and unity with the universe, earning its name as the "Yoga of Awareness."
Accessing Your Akashic Record
In this transformative guided meditation, you will have the opportunity to access the profound wisdom of the Akashic Records, an ancient and metaphysical concept believed to hold the complete history of every soul, encompassing its journey through past lives, present experiences, and all aspects of spiritual evolution. By tapping into this universal repository of knowledge, you will gain deeper insight into the underlying causes of your current life challenges, uncover connections to past lives that may be influencing your present, and receive guidance to support your spiritual growth and healing. Golden Shadow Awakening
You will journey inward to access and explore your golden shadow—the hidden strengths, creativity, and light within you often overshadowed by past wounds. As you connect with your inner child, you will have the opportunity to offer healing and compassion to old emotional wounds that took root early on in childhood. Afterwards, you will engage in a creative art activity as a way to visually express the emotions, colors, and submodalities that surfaced during your meditation. This artistic process allows you to integrate your insights and bring your inner healing to life, fostering deeper self-understanding and empowerment.
Embodied Somatic Movement
Embodied Somatic Movement is an intuitive practice that invites free-flowing expression and playful exploration of the mind-body connection. When negative emotions are suppressed, they often manifest as trapped energy in the body, leading to tension, pain, and dis-ease. Through gentle somatic movements like tapping, shaking, swirling, and sighing, you can release emotions such as angst, sadness, and fear, while clearing stagnant energy and restoring balance to your nervous system. It feels like your entire being—mind, body, and soul—finally exhales in relief. In this session, you will be guided into these movements, allowing for natural self-expression and intuitive flow.
Sound Bath Healing
A sound bath is a deeply spiritual experience that bathes the body and soul in the healing frequencies of instruments like crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes and Tibetan bells. These sacred sounds resonate with the body’s energetic field, harmonizing and recalibrating the subtle vibrations within. As the frequencies flow through you, they cleanse and balance your chakras, release stagnant energy, and realign your body's natural rhythms with higher vibrations. This practice invites profound relaxation, deep emotional release, and a heightened connection to the divine, leaving you feeling renewed, centered, and spiritually aligned.
Sacred Tea Ceremony
Join us for a sacred tea ceremony designed to nourish the body, open the heart, and ground the spirit. Through mindful sips, we will create space to connect deeply with ourselves, set powerful intentions, and honor the Divine within and around us. This gathering invites you to shift into a state of presence, healing, and spiritual communion with your inner truth and the community.

Sarah Burnett a Licensed Mental Health Therapist turned Transformational Mindset & Soul Learner Coach, Psychedelic Somatic Facilitator, Psychedelic Integration Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Co-Facilitator of Soul Journeys Retreats & Co-Host of the Therapy Unfiltered Podcast with her amazing mom, Petey! Sarah integrates powerful subconscious techniques through Hypnotherapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelics to access profound healing on a neurological level. These empowering modalities allow you to feel grounded in your body and free in your mind as you release limiting beliefs, inner child wounds and rewire your mind to manifest peace and joy in everyday life. Petey Silveira is a Past-Life Regression Expert, spiritual healer, motivational speaker and the co-founder of Soul Journeys Retreats and International podcast, Therapy Unfiltered with her daughter and mental health counselor Sarah Burnett. This past year she was chosen as a Past-Life Regression expert and therapist to work on TLC’s new hit series 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort with 5 couples. With over 35 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, author of 3 books, workshop leader, spiritual teacher and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, she has also founded the Soul Coach Training Program certifying 10 Soul Coaches and is the creator of the Soul Learner Courses. Community Herbalist, Astrologer, Sound healer, humble guide.
Since 2013 Allie has been the owner of Honest Medical, a medical distribution company focused on regenerative health. As a Community Herbalist she bridges the gap between plants and people, integrating centuries old wisdom with modern day well being. She considers herself an evolutionary Herbalist by combining medical astrology, energy practices and science to create a complete picture of well being. During sound healings, Allie uses vibratory resonance to guide others into deep relaxation. Her work helps people access the parasympathetic nervous system and reconnect with their spirits.
