During this presentation and interactive exercise with Petey, you will explore the different components of homeostasis and how they are shaped from your family of origin roles. You will develop a new homeostasis that is crafted from this breakthrough awareness. This understanding will lead into Petey’s teachings on Soul Lessons.
After defining your new homeostasis, you will now be able to understand and identify your primary and secondary soul lessons. You will draw the parallels between what you are attracting in your life that is working for you now and understand why other events are presenting for you. These teachings will become integrated into your mind, body and soul connection.
AcroYoga is a joyful blending of yoga, partner movement and the healing arts of Thai bodywork. This embodied practice not only cultivates trust with others, but trust within yourself. We will start with mindful movement as we safely explore beginner-level partner poses, and end with guided Thai bodywork as both “giver” and “receiver,” paired with dōTERRA essential oils to enhance your sensory experience.
